Terms of service.

1. Scope and current service

These terms apply to the vault and related features at stelth.world. Please read them before creating or using a vault. The privacy notice explains how personal information is processed; reading or accepting these terms is not blanket consent to optional data processing.

Stelth currently stores notes, text and supported links for founders building products. Instagram saving is being tested and depends on Meta’s permissions and availability. AI video analysis, generated workflows, a shared library, weekly rankings, community discussions and events are planned features, not currently included services or guaranteed delivery commitments.

2. Eligibility and account access

The early service is for people aged 18 or older. Use your own sign in account and only connect an Instagram account you control. Keep access to those accounts secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. If using Stelth for an organisation, ensure you have permission to submit its information.

3. Your content and our limited permission

You retain any rights you hold in your notes and other submissions. To provide the functions you request, you permit Stelth and its service providers to store, copy, transmit and display that content to you. This permission is limited to operating and supporting those functions and does not give us ownership of your work or a general right to sell or publish private saves.

You must have the rights or other lawful permission needed for the content you submit. Saving a public link does not transfer copyright in the linked material. Receiving a document in a DM does not automatically give you the right to redistribute it. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorised to share.

When you delete content, our permission to use it for ordinary service delivery ends, subject to necessary deletion processing, backup expiry and any specific lawful retention described in the privacy notice.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Stelth to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful material, harass people, attempt access to another vault or interfere with the service. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment credentials or sensitive personal information. Do not bypass access restrictions or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

5. Instagram and external sources

Connecting Instagram lets the service associate supported messages sent to @stelth.xyz with your vault. It does not let Stelth read your entire private inbox or guarantee access to every shared post. The current service saves supported text and links; it does not automatically download or analyse the complete video.

Stelth does not currently comment “SEND”, follow accounts or request gated materials from creators on your behalf. External posts can change, expire or become inaccessible. A saved link is not a permanent backup. Use of Instagram and other linked services remains subject to their own terms. Stelth is an independent service and does not claim endorsement by Meta or any AI provider displayed on the landing page.

6. Planned AI features

AI analysis and generation are not active in the current version. Before introducing them, we will explain their scope and data handling. An AI generated summary, workflow or prompt may contain errors or omit context and should be checked against its source before use. Generated material must not be presented as the creator’s original wording unless it actually is. A model producing an output does not guarantee that the output is original or free of third party rights.

7. Planned shared library

The planned library would help members discover useful tools, guides and workflows. Your private saves do not automatically become contributions. These terms do not grant Stelth a licence to publish them in a free or paid library.

Before sharing is enabled, separate contribution terms will explain what you share, the audience, any commercial use, permissions and removal options. Contributors must have appropriate rights. Paying for library access would not transfer ownership of a creator’s content or provide unrestricted redistribution rights. Library availability, size and particular items are not guaranteed by the current early access service.

8. Price and future subscriptions

The current version is free. Joining the waitlist does not start a subscription, trial or payment obligation. No payment card is collected by the current application.

If paid plans or credits are introduced, the price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, included access, usage limits, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund or withdrawal rights will be shown before purchase. They will require a separate affirmative purchase decision. No specific future price or library size is promised by these terms.

9. Availability and responsibility

Early features may contain errors or experience interruptions. Keep another copy of work you cannot afford to lose. Review external information before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular business results or absolute security. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Restrictions and leaving

You can stop using Stelth, delete individual saves, disconnect Instagram or request removal of your data through our deletion instructions. Disconnecting Instagram alone leaves existing saves in place.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the restriction and allow you to contact us about it. If the service is discontinued, we will aim to give reasonable notice and an opportunity to request your content unless urgent circumstances prevent this.

11. Reporting content or rights concerns

Email stelth.xyz@gmail.com with the relevant item or source link, an explanation of the concern and enough information to assess your rights or involvement. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information. We may request clarification and restrict disputed material while assessing the report. Please submit reports accurately and in good faith.

12. Updates and disputes

We will communicate material changes appropriately before they take effect and obtain a new agreement or consent where required. A policy update does not by itself make private content public or enrol you in a paid plan.

Finnish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Contact us first to try to resolve a concern. Your rights to bring a matter before competent consumer authorities or courts are preserved.
